ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Aizenpro, as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
Aizenpro reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and will include Goods and Services Tax (10% GST) for all orders being delivered within Australia. Customers having orders delivered outside Australia are exporting the goods and therefore shall not subject to the GST and this component will be removed automatically prior to final calculation for payment.
What if I simply changed my mind on products I purchased at full price?
Refunds, credits or exchanges will not be provided for change of mind for any merchandise, unless the products are faulty.
It is important however that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, are in the same condition as when they left the store. It is also important that you have a proof of purchase of the goods, clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from https://aizenpro.com.au If either of these 2 conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund, credit or exchange.
On the Australian website (https://aizenpro.com.au) the nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars $(AUD).
All prices displayed on the Australia website (https://aizenpro.com.au) will be in AUD and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).
